How will the user permissions be configured for the projects and will there be any role change for my clients?

We have custom Profiles and Roles in Zoho Projects. You can set access privileges for users based on your business requirement. Client users are added as Employees in Zoho Projects because of API limitations in Basecamp.

What will happen to my attachments in Basecamp?

Attachments from Basecamp cannot be added into Zoho Projects because of API limitations in Basecamp.

How will my calendar events be mapped with Zoho Projects?

Project calendar events will be mapped with the respective projects. And general calendar events from Basecamp will be mapped under a separate project called "Calendar Events" in Zoho Projects.

Where can I look for my discussions?

Discussions are added as "Forums" in Zoho Projects.

Can I import templates too?

No. Templates cannot be imported because of API limitations in Basecamp.

Where will my documents be imported?

Text Documents are added as "Documents" in Zoho Projects.
